Directions:

Place uncooked bulgar in a bowl; pour in water over it and let it soak one hour (stir occasionally) Drain well in a fine strainer. Return bulgar to the bowl and add all other ingredients; mix well. Chill for 2 hours. Serving size: 3/4 cup
