Ingredients:
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 10 ounces boboli
- 1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms -- sliced
- 1/2 medium onion -- thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper -- sliced in thin
- 4 ounces low fat soy cheese -- grated

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°. Spread pizza sauce evenly over Boboli or pizza dough. Sprinkle wild rice over pizza sauce and top with the remaining ingredients. Bake 12 minutes at 450° for the Boboli crust (or follow directions of the pizza dough recipe).
