Melt butter in skillet; add almonds and the sesame seeds. Saute until golden; set aside.
Prepare vegetables and place in large mixing bowl, add the crushed ramen noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Toss with the dressing and serve immediately.
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
6 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 cup vegetable oil
Mix first 4 ingredients in jar or other container with a tight-fitting lid. Add oil and shake vigorously to blend.
