Directions:
Cook ground beef over medium-high heat in 10-inch skillet, stirring occasionally, until browned (5 to 8 minutes); drain. Stir in rice, tomatoes and water.
Cook until mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender (5 to 6 minutes).
Stir in cheese; sprinkle with tortilla chips.
