Directions:
Cook ground beef in 10 or 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned (5 to 7 minutes). Drain off fat.
Stir in seasoning mix. Add water, uncooked macaroni and tomatoes; mix well. Continue cooking until mixture comes to a full boil (3 to 5 minutes).
Reduce heat to low. Cover; cook, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender (14 to 16 minutes). Stir in sour cream; sprinkle with cheese. Cover; let stand about 5 minutes before serving.
