Directions:
Melt butter in 12-inch nonstick skillet until sizzling; add garlic. Cook over medium heat 1 minute. Add broccoli and pork pieces; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until pork is tender and no longer pink (8 to 10 minutes).
Stir in rice and beans. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through (1 to 2 minutes). Stir in soy sauce.
