Directions:
Thaw potatoes au gratin in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 to 6 minutes.
Combine potatoes, flour, and next 3 ingredients.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a 10-inch overproof skillet over medium-high heat; add diced onion, and saute 4 to 5 minutes or until tender. Stir into potato mixture.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in skillet; add potato mixture.
Bake at 425° F for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with bacon, if desired. Cut into wedges, and serve immediately.
