Ingredients:
- 2 cups soy milk, regular, flavored or fat-free
- 2 cups raspberries
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:
Combine soy milk, raspberries, bananas and yogurt in a blender and process until creamy, 5 to 10 seconds. Pour into cold glasses, sprinkle nutmeg on top, and serve at once.
