Ingredients:
- 1 (11-ounce) package welsh rarebit, defrosted according to package directions
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 6 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup buttered breadcrumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. grease 2-quart baking dish. Combine welsh rarebit, sour cream, onion and butter in a medium bowl.
Layer welsh rarebit mixture and potatoes in prepared casserole dish. Top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
