Ingredients:
- 1 Head Celery
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 C Walnuts, Chopped/Chunked

Directions:
Don't chip the walnuts too fine. Remove the stalks from the celery and rinse well in cold water. Trim off the leaves and ends. Cut into three-inch pieces. Allow to dry. Lightly whip the cream cheese. Mix in the walnuts. Fill the celery with the mixture. Chill well before serving.
