Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix apples and brown sugar substitute in bowl. Add oil and beaten egg whites. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add to batter and mix well to form a stiff dough. Add plumped raisins. Stir to blend. Spread in 8-inch square cake pan. Bake 40 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
