Directions:
Cream sugar, egg and butter in large mixing bowl. Beat until fluffy. Set aside.
Combine in small bowl, bananas and milk. Set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda in bowl. Stir by hand into creamed mixture alternately with bananas until flour is just moistened.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Grease pan (9x5x3). Pour in mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
