Ingredients:
- 1/2 Cup Ice Crushed
- 3 Oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 Oz. Cream of Coconut
- 1 1/4 Oz. Rum Spiced Captain Morgan's

Directions:
In blender, combine Captain Morgan, coconut, pineapple juice and ice for 10-15 seconds. Pour into goblet. Garnish with a pineapple spear, if desired.
