Ingredients:
- 5 cups flour
- 2-1/2 cups oatmeal
- 3 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup powdered milk
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups water

Directions:
Mix together flour, oatmeal, baking powder and powdered milk.
Blend in vegetable oil until mixture looks crumbly.
Add water. Stir until evenly blended.
Pour into pan. Bake in 400 deg F oven for 25 minutes.
