Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Sticks butter
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Self-rising flour
- 1 1/2 cups Chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 6 ounces Miniature marshmallows

Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add flour, nuts and vanilla. Mix well. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13"e pan. Bake at 325~ F for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and place miniature marshmallows on top of hot cake.
ICING: - 4 TBSP butter
- 1 lb confectioners sugar
- 4 TBSP cocoa 1 tsp vanilla
- milk for desired consistency
Cream all ingredients together and spread on warm cake. Cool cake before cutting.
