Prime Rib Roast 4
Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup cooking sherry
  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. rib roast or rib eye, thawed

Directions:

Mix sauce ingredients together and marinate roast for 4 hours. Put in roaster and cover with foil. Place meat thermometer in roast. Bake at 300 degrees to desired doneness. Serve with sauce over each slice of meat.
