Directions:
Place in bowl and add:
soy sauce
1 tablespoon wine
Heat up 1 or 2 tablespoon oil in wok and cook cloves of garlic minced, stirring. Add meat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add red chili peppers. Add green onions. Cook a few more seconds. Add a little more wine, a little more soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Serve with rice.
