Brown pork chops in large skillet. Cut lemons into thin strips (3). Place lemon slices over pork chops in attractive arrangement. Mix brown sugar, ketchup and juice of 1 lemon in small bowl until consistency of thin gravy. Pour over chops; simmer until chops are tender. Add water if necessary to keep sauce from burning during simmering.
For larger amounts, bake in large casserole at 350 degrees until tender.
