Brown pork chops in skillet. Place sauerkraut in 2" deep casserole dish. Add pork chops on top and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Make bechamel sauce with applesauce, ginger and diced onion. Take pork chops out of oven. Pour apple ginger sauce over top. Garnish with diced green onion, apple and parsley and serve.
