In a rectangle baking dish spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce (enough to cover bottom). Lay 2 lasagna noodles on top. Lasagna noodles do not need to be cooked ahead of time. Spread half of ricotta cheese on top of noodles. Next sprinkle with half of mozzarella cheese and half of sausage. Lay down two more noodles, cover lightly with sauce and continue as before. After remaining cheese and sausage have be added, lay down the remaining to noodles and cover with remaining spaghetti sauce.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in preheated oven at 400° for 60 minutes or until noodles are softened. Remove lasagna from oven and cool a few minutes. Serves 4. Tip #1: Lay a sheet of aluminum foil over bottom rack to catch spills. Tip #2: Top bread with butter, garlic powder, Italian seasonings and mozzarella cheese. Put on cookie sheet and place in warm oven for a few minutes while lasagna cools.
