Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 1/3 c Flour
- 1/3 c Dry Milk
- 1/4 c powdered Creamer
- 2 TBSP instant Coffee
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon

Directions:
Mix and stir batter items and store in fridge. For syrup, put items in heavy pan and cook over medium heat, STIRRING CONSTANTLY, until sugar dissolves. Then, bring to a boil for 2 minutes WITHOUT stirring. Remove and bring to room temp. Store in fridge.
TO SERVE:
Using all of batter mix, add 3/4 c Water and 2 Eggs, stir until blended. Cook in waffle iron for 3-5 min, per 2/3 c Batter.
COFFEE SYRUP:
1 c strongly brewed Coffee
2 c Sugar
