Ingredients:
- 2 Whole Chicken Breasts (Split, Boned, Skinned)
- 1 15 oz can Tomato Sauce particularly Del Monte
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. each garlic salt, onion powder and sugar
- 1 2 1/4-oz can of sliced ripe olives, drained
- 4 slices Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
Place chicken in 2-quart baking dish. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, chopped parsley, garlic salt, onion powder, and sugar. Pour over chicken, cover, and bake at 425 F for 15 minutes. Top with olives and Mozzarella cheese and continue to bake, uncovered for 10 minutes. Designed for oven-to-table service.
