Ingredients: 1 cup tomato sauce 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 tablespoon brown sugar 2 cloves garlic -- peeled and minced 2 cups beef broth 2 tablespoons butter 1 tablespoon paprika 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 cup white vinegar 1 cup beer 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar -- optional

Blend all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat and simmer until reduced by half. This will probably take an hour or more. Stir occasionally.
