Ingredients:
- 1 to 2 cups of Soy Sauce (regular or low sodium)
- 1 inch of fresh grated/chopped/smashed ginger
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic smashed or chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 3 or 4 green onions chopped
- Chicken Parts

Directions:
In a bowl put all ingredients. Stir it up and throw in the chicken parts. Put in just enough chicken so that all the parts are submerged. Put it in the fridge over night (or at least for a couple of hours). Fire up the grill and cook the chicken basting it with the left over sauce.
