Heat up the broiler. Place the chicken breasts in baking dish and broil about 5 inches from heat from bottom of breasts for 5 minutes. Flip them over and broil tops for 5 minutes. Pull from oven.
Re-set oven for 400 degrees and let come down to temperature. As this is happening, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl using a wire whisk. You want a "sour cream type" texture. Add more cream if necessary.
Paint breasts with mixture and put in oven until done (about 30 to 40 minutes depending on size of breasts)
