Sweet Potatoes in Applesauce

Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz) sweet potaotes, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cupapplesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

Place sweet potatoes in a 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Spoon applesauce over potatoes. Sprinkle with brown sugar; dot with butter. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.Serves 4.
