Grease bottom and sides of 9x13 inch pan. Spread drained pineapple on bottom, then sprinkle with half package cake mix and a layer of pecans. Sprinkle remaining cake mix on top. Dab with margarine and bake at 300 degrees until done (1-2 hours). Cool and cut into squares.
