Slice sausage into 1/4 inch rounds and set aside. Combine tomatoes, zucchini, pepper, onion and garlic, drizzle with oil and toss to coat. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake at 450F for 20 minutes.
Add sausage and continue baking for 5-8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and sausage is hot. Meanwhile cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain fettuccine, return to pan, toss with sausage, vegetables and cheese.
