Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers -- seeded & chopped
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese -- shred
- 6 eggs -- beaten

Directions:
Sprinkle peppers in well greased 9"e pan. Cover with cheese. Pour eggs over cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until firm. Cool and cut into 1"e squares.
