Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. top round steak
- 1 can hunt
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, sliced
- 1/4 c. red wine (or water)
- 1 tsp. kitchen bouquet (optional)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp water

Directions:
Cut steak in serving size pieces and brown along with onions & celery. Place in crock pot. Cover with tomato sauce, wine (or water) and simmer on med. hi. 3-4 hours. Thicken with flour/water paste. Serve over noodles, potatoes or rice. Ruth Burbage burbage@pell.net
